Arctium lappa L.%total flavones%extraction technology%contents determination
目的:测定牛蒡植株不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计试验,对提取时间、料液比、乙醇浓度、提取次数4因素进行考察,以确定最佳提取工艺;以芦丁为对照,用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度55%,料液比1∶70,提取时间1.5 h,提取次数2次;芦丁在4.00~100.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,总黄酮平均回收率为97.7%,RSD为2.5%(n=6)。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,含量测定方法准确。

목적:측정우방식주불동부위총황동적함량。방법:채용L9(34)정교설계시험,대제취시간、료액비、을순농도、제취차수4인소진행고찰,이학정최가제취공예;이호정위대조,용아초산납-초산려-경양화납비색법측정총황동함량。결과:최가제취공예위:을순농도55%,료액비1∶70,제취시간1.5 h,제취차수2차;호정재4.00~100.00μg/mL범위내선성관계량호,r=0.9998,총황동평균회수솔위97.7%,RSD위2.5%(n=6)。결론:해제취공예은정가행,함량측정방법준학。
Objective: To determine the content of the total flavones from the Arctium lappa L.. Methods: The best extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiment design, including extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and the extraction times. The content of total flavones was determined by absorption spectrometry with rutosids as reference substance. Results: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: 55% ethanol,ratio of material to liquid 1∶70,time 1.5 h,two times. The calibration curve had good linear relationship in the range of 4.00~100.00 μg/mL. The average recovery was 97.7%,RSD=2.5%(n=6). Conclusion:The extraction process is stable and feasible. The quantitative method is accurate.
