目的：建立川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外-可见分光光度法，以芦丁为对照品测定川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量。结果：芦丁在0.19~0.95 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，A=1.0826C+0.0497（r=0.9996），平均加样回收率为99.6％，RSD为1.09％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可作为川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
목적：건립천전기목과실중총황동적함량측정방법。방법：채용자외-가견분광광도법，이호정위대조품측정천전기목과실중총황동적함량。결과：호정재0.19~0.95 mg/mL범위내정량호적선성관계，A=1.0826C+0.0497（r=0.9996），평균가양회수솔위99.6％，RSD위1.09％（n=6）。결론：해방법조작간편、쾌속、준학、중현성호，가작위천전기목과실중총황동적함량측정방법。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of flavonoid in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii. Methods: The content of flavonoid was detected from Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii by UV-visible method and the rutin was used as control.Results:Rutin was good linear in the range of 0.19~0.95 mg/mL:A=1.082 6C+0.049 7(r=0.999 6)the average recovery of 99.6﹪and RSD of 1.09﹪(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavones in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii.
