针对某制管厂生产的热煨弯管外弧侧出现裂纹的现象,通过化学成分分析、微观组织分析、金相分析、扫描电镜与能谱分析,发现裂纹中有低熔点金属Cu存在,根据检测结果,结合感应加热弯管的煨制过程,进一步深入研究感应加热弯管外弧裂纹的产生原因。得出结论:低熔点金属Cu污染易发生铜脆,是造成该感应加热弯管开裂和扩展的主要原因。结合相关标准和实际生产情况,提出了预防感应加热弯管外弧裂纹产生的两点建议。

During mill supervising, cracks happened at outer arc side of heat bend made by one factory. Low melting point metal Cu was discovered in cracks through chemical analysis, microstructure analysis, metallographic analysis, SEM and energy spectrum analysis. Based on combination testing result with manufacturing process of induction heating bend, and lucubrating the reason of outer arc cracks of induction heating bend, there reaches a conclusion,Copper brittleness is easily occurred by low melting point metal Cu contamination, which is the main reason that causes induction heating bend crazed and expanded. Then offered two suggestions to prevent cracks of induction heating bend combining relevant standard and the actual production situation.
