页岩与水混合经过一段时间浸泡后,会有部分页岩形成浆体,用此浆体来提高污水污泥沉降性能可以简化页岩在污水污泥沉降中应用的工艺,减少对能源的消耗。该文分别研究了上下层浆体对污水污泥沉降性能的影响。通过实验得出,直径为1.18mm以下的页岩在24h内成浆比例大概在45%~50%左右;上层浆体对污水污泥沉降效果好于下层浆体;在污水污泥中加入体积比为3%的上层页岩浆体时,沉降效果最好。

Part of shale changes into liquid state after soaking in water for some time and it can simplify the technique for sewage and sludge settling and reduce energy consumption by improving the sewage and sludge settling property. The impact of upper and lower slurry on sewage and sludge settling property is studied respectively. The results show that the pulping ratio of shale with diameter within 1.8mm is about 45%-50%in 24h, the settling effect of upper slurry is better than that of lower slurry and the settling effect reaches the best when the upper shale slurry with volume ratio of 3%is added into the sewage and sludge.
