目的:探讨早期糖尿病肾病患者( DN)的微量元素锌、血清胱抑素C( CysC)、血清肌酐( SCr)和血清尿素( BUN)水平的变化程度及意义。方法将糖尿病肾病患者分为3组:正常蛋白尿组,微量蛋白尿组,临床蛋白尿组。所有患者和对照组均空腹抽取静脉血检测微量元素锌、血清胱抑素C、血清尿素、血清肌酐。结果正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组、临床蛋白尿组微量元素锌均明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组、临床蛋白尿组血清胱抑素C水平均明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。微量蛋白尿组、临床蛋白尿组血清肌酐检测值和正常对照组有明显差异,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论检测微量元素锌、血清胱抑素C对糖尿病肾病的早期肾损害有较高的临床价值,可作为早期糖尿病肾病诊断的参考指标。

목적:탐토조기당뇨병신병환자( DN)적미량원소자、혈청광억소C( CysC)、혈청기항( SCr)화혈청뇨소( BUN)수평적변화정도급의의。방법장당뇨병신병환자분위3조:정상단백뇨조,미량단백뇨조,림상단백뇨조。소유환자화대조조균공복추취정맥혈검측미량원소자、혈청광억소C、혈청뇨소、혈청기항。결과정상단백뇨조、미량단백뇨조、림상단백뇨조미량원소자균명현저우정상대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。정상단백뇨조、미량단백뇨조、림상단백뇨조혈청광억소C수평균명현고우정상대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。미량단백뇨조、림상단백뇨조혈청기항검측치화정상대조조유명현차이,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론검측미량원소자、혈청광억소C대당뇨병신병적조기신손해유교고적림상개치,가작위조기당뇨병신병진단적삼고지표。
Objective Study of early diabetic nephropathy ( DN ) of the trace elements of zinc , serum cystatin C ( CysC) , serum creatinine ( SCr) and serum urea ( BUN) changes and significance of levels . Method The patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into 3 groups: normal albuminuria group , microalbuminuria group , clinical albuminuria group .All patients and controls were fasting venous blood trace elements zinc, serum cystatin C, serum urea, serum creatinine.Result Normal albuminuria group, microalbuminuria group , clinical albuminuria group of trace elements zinc was significantly lower than that in normal control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Normal albuminuria group , microalbuminuria group , clinical albuminuria group serum cystatin C levels were significantly higher than those in normal control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Serum creatinine microalbuminuria group , clinical albuminuria group detection value and normal control group have obvious difference , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Has high clinical value in the detection of trace elements zinc , serum cystatin C in early renal damage in diabetic nephropathy , can be used as a reference index for diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy .
