目的：观察基于中医膳食食疗与TP化疗方案联合治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2008年1月～2010年4月收治的晚期卵巢癌患者74例，随机分为实验组与对照组，对照组单纯应用TP化疗方案进行治疗，实验组在此基础上加用中医食疗益气健脾汤联合治疗，对比观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：实验组治疗后1年内生存质量明显高于对照组，2年后转移率与病死率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：在化疗基础上加用中医食疗益气健脾汤，可以有效提高晚期卵巢癌患者的生存质量，降低病灶的转移，提高生存周期。
목적：관찰기우중의선식식료여TP화료방안연합치료만기란소암적림상료효。방법：선취아원2008년1월～2010년4월수치적만기란소암환자74례，수궤분위실험조여대조조，대조조단순응용TP화료방안진행치료，실험조재차기출상가용중의식료익기건비탕연합치료，대비관찰량조환자림상료효。결과：실험조치료후1년내생존질량명현고우대조조，2년후전이솔여병사솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：재화료기출상가용중의식료익기건비탕，가이유효제고만기란소암환자적생존질량，강저병조적전이，제고생존주기。
Objective:To observe the clinical ef icacy of combination therapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer TCM dietary supplements with TP chemotherapy scheme based on.Methods:in our hospital from 2008 January to 2010 April were 74 cases of patients with advanced ovarian cancer,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group only with chemotherapy regimen TP treatment,the experimental group based on the use of dietetic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with treatment,observation of the clinical ef icacy of the two groups.Results:the experimental group after 1 years treatment quality of life was significantly higher than the control group,2 years after the transfer rate and the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05 ). Conclusion:in the chemotherapy plus TCMdietotherapy Yiqi Jianpi Decoction,can ef ectively improve the quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer,reduce the lesions of metastatic,improve survival period.
