目的：探讨支气管扩张伴咯血患者的临床护理应用效果，以便为医院的临床护理服务能力提供参考依据。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2013年1月收治的50例支气管扩张伴咯血患者，将其临床资料作为研究内容，并分为观察组28例和对照组22例，其中，对照组采取常规护理，在此基础上，给予观察组全面护理，比较分析两组患者护理满意度，并进行调查和统计学分析。结果：经过护理，了解到观察组与对照组在护理满意度上分别为96．4％和81．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义， P＜0．05。结论：在支气管扩张伴咯血的临床护理工作中，给予患者心理护理辅助治疗，能够有效提高患者的治愈率，控制感染，帮助建立良好的护患关系，具有较高的推广价值。
목적：탐토지기관확장반각혈환자적림상호리응용효과，이편위의원적림상호리복무능력제공삼고의거。방법：회고성분석아원2010년1월～2013년1월수치적50례지기관확장반각혈환자，장기림상자료작위연구내용，병분위관찰조28례화대조조22례，기중，대조조채취상규호리，재차기출상，급여관찰조전면호리，비교분석량조환자호리만의도，병진행조사화통계학분석。결과：경과호리，료해도관찰조여대조조재호리만의도상분별위96．4％화81．8％，량조비교차이유통계학의의， P＜0．05。결론：재지기관확장반각혈적림상호리공작중，급여환자심리호리보조치료，능구유효제고환자적치유솔，공제감염，방조건립량호적호환관계，구유교고적추엄개치。
Objective:To explore the ef ect of clinical nursing of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis patients,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing service ability. Methods:retrospective analysis of 50 cases in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 in January were dilated with hemoptysis patients,the clinical data as the research content,and di-vided into the observation group 28 cases and control group of 22 cases,among them,the control group received routine nursing care,on this basis,given the observation group compre-hensive care,comparative analysis of two group of patient′satisfaction,and analyze the investigation and statistics.Results:after nursing,understanding into the observation group and the control group on nursing satisfaction were 96.4% and 81.8%,there was significant diference between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:the clinical nursing in bronchiectasis with hemoptysis work,given the psychological nursing for patients with adjuvant therapy,can ef ectively improve the cure rate of the patients,infection control,help establish a good nurse patient relationship,and has higher popularization value.
