旨在探究刀尖圆弧半径、倒棱角度和后角对刀具寿命的影响情况,用国外 PcBN 复合片制作了切削 GCr15轴承钢用刀具。采用正交试验得出了 PcBN 刀具使用寿命影响因素的主次顺序分别为倒棱角度、刀尖圆弧半径和后角,并分析了产生此结果的原因。最后用得到的最优参数重新进行了切削试验,其切削结果与正交试验所得结果一致,确定了合理的刀具几何参数为刀尖圆弧半径0.8mm、倒棱角-15°、后角6°,此时 PcBN 刀具的寿命最高。

The article aimed to explore the impact of corner radius,chamfer edge angle and relief angle on tool life,which was made by the foreign PcBN compact for cutting GCr15 bearing steel.The primary and secondary factor was chamfer edge angle,corner radius and relief respectively on the service life of the PcBN cutting tool with the orthogonal test,and the causes of this result was analyzed.Finally,the optimal parameters were obtained by re-cutting tests, the cutting results were consistent with the results of orthogonal experiment to determine a reasonable tool geometry parameters for the corner radius 0.8mm,chamfered edge angle-15°,relief angle 6°,in this case the PcBN cutting tool was supreme.
