目的：观察去屑消风饮治疗颜面脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的肺胃热甚型面部脂溢性皮炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用自拟方去屑消风饮口服治疗，对照组用维生素B6及甘草锌颗粒口服治疗，4周后观察并比较两组患者疗效。结果：治疗组在改善患者皮肤瘙痒、油腻、脱屑等方面的疗效均明显优于对照组，且治疗组总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的46.67%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：自拟方去屑消风饮治疗颜面脂溢性皮炎肺胃热甚型疗效显著，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰거설소풍음치료안면지일성피염적림상료효。방법：장60례부합납입표준적폐위열심형면부지일성피염환자안조수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조각30례，치료조채용자의방거설소풍음구복치료，대조조용유생소B6급감초자과립구복치료，4주후관찰병비교량조환자료효。결과：치료조재개선환자피부소양、유니、탈설등방면적료효균명현우우대조조，차치료조총유효솔93.33%명현고우대조조적46.67%，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：자의방거설소풍음치료안면지일성피염폐위열심형료효현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of quxiexiaofeng soup for the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.Method:60 patients with lung and stomach heat type of facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with quxiexiaofeng soup,the control group was treated with vitamin B6 and licorice zinc granules,then the curative effect of the two groups after 4 weeks were observed and compared.Result:Curative effect of the treatment group in improving patients with pruritus,greasy,desquamation were significantly better than the control group,and the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.33%,it was significantly higher than that 46.67%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The results suggest that quxiexiaofeng soup is a safe and effective externally applied agent in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.
