为了建立加拿大枫树的高效再生体系,以加拿大枫树无菌苗为试材,通过采用不同外植体和含有不同激素的培养基配方,获得了加拿大枫树的芽再生、根系诱导的最佳配方。结果显示:培养基配方2(MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IAA)的芽再生率较高(80%),平均每块外植体的再生芽数最高(2.7个芽/外植体块),再生芽的质量最好;下胚轴和叶柄的芽再生率为100%,子叶最低,为77.5%。下胚轴平均每块外植体的再生芽数最高(6.5个/块),叶柄的居中(3.6个/块),子叶的最低(2.6个/块);1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA配方的枫树生根率为100%,单株生根数最高,为5.9条,且根系生长粗壮。

In order to establish the effective regeneration system of Canada maple, the aseptic seedlings of Canada maple were selected in the experiment, and the optimum formula for bud regeneration and rooting induction was obtained by using different explants and culture mediums containing different hormone. The results show that the bud regeneration rate was 80%on the No. 2 culture medium (MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IAA) with the highest average regeneration number per explant(2.7) and the best regeneration bud quality. The bud regeneration rate of petioles and hypocotyls was the highest (100%), while that of cotyledon was the lowest(77.5%) in explants. The average regeneration number of hypocotyls was the highest(6.5), while that of petioles was the second(3.6), and that of cotyledon was the lowest (2.6). The rooting rate of Canada maple seedlings was 100%on the medium 1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA, the rooting number was the highest(5.9 per bud), and the roots were well developed.
