目的：探讨不同组织学类型膀胱癌组织中 HER2蛋白的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组化法检测73例不同组织学类型的膀胱癌组织中HER2蛋白的表达水平及其与临床分期、病理分级之间的关系。结果：HER2蛋白在膀胱鳞状细胞癌（鳞癌）、腺癌和尿路上皮细胞癌组织的阳性表达率分别为88．9％（16/18）、88．2％（15/17）和57．9％（22/38），差异有统计学意义（P＝0．016），鳞癌和腺癌两者之间的表达差异无统计学意义（P＞0．999），尿路上皮细胞癌组织中HER2的阳性表达率低于鳞癌和腺癌（χ2＝8．620，P＝0．003）；膀胱癌组织中HER2蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关（P＞0．05），而与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关（χ2＝7．980，11．559，11．934，P＜0．05）。结论：HER2蛋白可以作为鉴别不同组织学类型膀胱癌的潜在指标，并与膀胱癌的增殖、浸润、转移密切相关。
목적：탐토불동조직학류형방광암조직중 HER2단백적표체급의의。방법：채용면역조화법검측73례불동조직학류형적방광암조직중HER2단백적표체수평급기여림상분기、병리분급지간적관계。결과：HER2단백재방광린상세포암（린암）、선암화뇨로상피세포암조직적양성표체솔분별위88．9％（16/18）、88．2％（15/17）화57．9％（22/38），차이유통계학의의（P＝0．016），린암화선암량자지간적표체차이무통계학의의（P＞0．999），뇨로상피세포암조직중HER2적양성표체솔저우린암화선암（χ2＝8．620，P＝0．003）；방광암조직중HER2단백적표체여환자적성별、년령、종류대소무관（P＞0．05），이여종류TNM분기、분화정도급림파결전이유관（χ2＝7．980，11．559，11．934，P＜0．05）。결론：HER2단백가이작위감별불동조직학류형방광암적잠재지표，병여방광암적증식、침윤、전이밀절상관。
Aim:To explore the expression and the significance of HER 2 protein in different histological types of blad-der cancers .Methods:The immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of HER 2 protein in 73 ca-ses of different histological types of bladder cancers .Results: The positive expression rate of HER2 protein was 88.9%(16/18) in squamous cell cancer ,88.2%(15/17) in adenocarcinoma and 57.9%(22/38) in urothelial cell carcinoma , there were statistical differences(P=0.016), there was no significant difference between squamous cell carcinoma and ad-enocarcinoma (P>0.999).The positive expression rate of HER2 in urothelial cell carcinoma were lower than those in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (χ2 =8.620,P=0.003).The expression of HER2 protein in bladder cancer was not correlated with patient's gender, age or tumor size(P>0.05),but correlated with the tumor TNM stage ,differentia-tion degree and lymph node metastasis (χ2 =7.980,11.559,11.934,P<0.05).Conclusion: HER2 protein can be used as potential indicators identifing different histological types of bladder cancer and closely related with bladder cancer 's pro-liferation, invasion and metastasis .
