目的:观察比较戊乙奎醚和阿托品作为全麻前用药的安全性。方法将60例纳入观察的全麻患者随机分为观察组(戊乙奎醚组)和对照组(阿托品组)各30例。分别于全麻诱导前30min 静注戊乙奎醚或阿托品各0.01mg/kg,观察并记录两组给药前、给药后5min、10min、30min 的 Hr 变化情况,记录两组口干程度 Vas 评分和插管后即刻、拔管时的口腔及呼吸道分泌物量。结果观察组在给药后各时间点的 Hr 明显慢于对照组(P <0.05),对照组口干程度Vas 评分及拔管时分泌物量均明显高于观察组,两组比较差异显著(P <0.05)。结论戊乙奎醚作为全麻前用药,更能有效抑制腺体分泌,且能维持稳定的心率,安全可行,值得推广应用。

Objective to observe and compare penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine as premedication before the safety of general anesthesia Method 60 cases of patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation to observation group (Wu Yikui ether group) and control group (atropine group) with 30 cases in each. in 30min before anesthesia induction with intravenous injection of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine respectively 0.01mg/kg, two groups were observed and recorded before administration, 5min after administration of 30min, 10min, Hr of oral cavity and respiratory tract secretions, recording two groups were the scores of Vas and intubation, extubation. Results the observation group at all time points after dosing of HR is significantly slower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the control group were the scores of VAS and extubation secretions were significantly higher than those in the observation group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride as premedication of general anesthesia, more effective in inhibiting the secretion glands, and can maintain a stable heart rate, safe and effective, and is worthy of popularization and application.
