目的：观察奥美拉唑联合云南白药治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法：收集伊宁市人民医院自2006年6月至2010年6月经胃镜病理证实为胃溃疡出血122例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别为64例和58例。治疗组采用奥美拉唑40mg，静点，一日两次；云南白药1g，口服，一日三次；对照组采用单药奥美拉唑，用法同治疗组，疗程均为两周。比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果：治疗组和对照组止血总有效率分别为98.4%和74.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均无严重不良反应。结论：奥美拉唑联合云南白药治疗胃溃疡出血效果显著，安全、可靠。
목적：관찰오미랍서연합운남백약치료위궤양출혈적림상료효。방법：수집이저시인민의원자2006년6월지2010년6월경위경병리증실위위궤양출혈122례환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，분별위64례화58례。치료조채용오미랍서40mg，정점，일일량차；운남백약1g，구복，일일삼차；대조조채용단약오미랍서，용법동치료조，료정균위량주。비교량조적치료효과급불량반응。결과：치료조화대조조지혈총유효솔분별위98.4%화74.0%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조균무엄중불량반응。결론：오미랍서연합운남백약치료위궤양출혈효과현저，안전、가고。
Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Omeprazole combined with YUN NAN BAI YAO in treating gastric ulcer hemorrhagic. Methods:122 cases confirmed gastric ulcer hemorrhagic by gastric ulcer hemorrhagic and pathology in Yining people’ Hospital were col ected from June 2006 to June 2010, and were divided into two groups, Experimental Group (EG) and Control Group (CG). The number of EG and CG was 64 and 58. EG were treated with Omeprazole (40mg, ivgtt, bid) and YUN NAN BAI YAO (1g, po, tid), meanwhile CG were treated with only Omeprazole (40mg, ivgtt, bid). After two weeks, curative effect and adverse reaction of these two groups were recorded and compared. Results:The total effective rate of two groups was 98.4 percent and 74.0 percent separately (P<0.05). there were no severe adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion:It is very significant to treat gastric ulcer hemorrhagic by Omeprazole combined with YUN NAN BAI YAO, and also safe and reliable.
