对国内外婴幼儿配方乳粉中DHA、AA、牛磺酸、核苷酸、左旋肉碱和β-胡萝卜素的的添加情况进行比较,了解其差异性。挑选60个国内外品牌的婴幼儿配方乳粉,按照食品安全国家标准检测方法,检测乳粉中 DHA、AA、牛磺酸、核苷酸、左旋肉碱和β-胡萝卜素的含量。结果表明,国内外乳粉中 AA、DHA的检出比例均为100%,牛磺酸、核苷酸、左旋肉碱的检出比例为60%~100%,β-胡萝卜素的检出比例为20%~60%;国内外乳粉之间,婴儿配方乳粉中的AA以及较大婴儿和幼儿配方乳粉中的DHA的含量范围有一定的相似性,其余成分的含量范围相差较远;婴儿配方乳粉中的AA、核苷酸、左旋肉碱,以及较大婴儿和幼儿配方乳粉中的DHA、牛磺酸含量的平均值基本相当,其余成分含量的平均值各有高低之分。
對國內外嬰幼兒配方乳粉中DHA、AA、牛磺痠、覈苷痠、左鏇肉堿和β-鬍蘿蔔素的的添加情況進行比較,瞭解其差異性。挑選60箇國內外品牌的嬰幼兒配方乳粉,按照食品安全國傢標準檢測方法,檢測乳粉中 DHA、AA、牛磺痠、覈苷痠、左鏇肉堿和β-鬍蘿蔔素的含量。結果錶明,國內外乳粉中 AA、DHA的檢齣比例均為100%,牛磺痠、覈苷痠、左鏇肉堿的檢齣比例為60%~100%,β-鬍蘿蔔素的檢齣比例為20%~60%;國內外乳粉之間,嬰兒配方乳粉中的AA以及較大嬰兒和幼兒配方乳粉中的DHA的含量範圍有一定的相似性,其餘成分的含量範圍相差較遠;嬰兒配方乳粉中的AA、覈苷痠、左鏇肉堿,以及較大嬰兒和幼兒配方乳粉中的DHA、牛磺痠含量的平均值基本相噹,其餘成分含量的平均值各有高低之分。

Comparison of domestic and foreign infant formula milk powder of DHA, AA, taurine, nucleotide, L-carnitine and β-carotene is added situation, understanding the differences. Selection of 60 domestic and foreign brands of infant formula milk powder, DHA, AA, taurine, nucleotide, L-carnitine and β-carotene in samples were determined by national food safety standard detection methods. The results show that, domestic and foreign milk powder, the detection ratio of AA, DHA is 100%, the detection rate of taurine, nucleotide, L-carnitine is 60% ~ 100%, the detection rate of β-carotene is 20% ~ 60%. Between domestic and foreign milk powder, the content range of AA in infant formula milk powder and DHA in larger babies and infant formula milk powder have some similarities, the content range of the remaining ingredients are far away. The content average of AA, nucleotide, L-carnitine in infant formula milk powder and DHA, taurine in larger babies and infant formula milk powder is roughly equal, the content average of remaining ingredients is not the same.
