通过对夏秋两季异色瓢虫成虫色斑类型变化及多样性分析发现,在夏季,黄底黑斑和黑底黄斑两种类型个体数目增加,橘红底黑斑和黑底红斑则减少。在黄底黑斑和橘红底黑斑两种类型中,十斑变型的表型变异占该类型总变异的比例均有较大幅度增加,而十六斑变型有较大幅度降低;十斑以下变型个体数目比例分别增加27.48%和6.32%,十一斑到十四斑变型基本不变,十六斑以上变型则分别减少27.14%和6.72%。在黑底黄斑和黑底红斑中,二窗型比例均上升,四窗型均下降。比较异色瓢虫雌雄个体数目发现,夏秋两季的总体及四种不同类型的性比均表现为偏雌现象。多样性分析可知夏季变型间个体均匀性高于秋季。

Through the variation and diversity analysis of spots on Harmonia axyridis wings in summer and autumn , it was found that the number of the phenotypes with black spots on yellow background and yellow spots on black background increased , while that of phenotypes with black spots on orange background and red spots on black background was opposite in summer .In the phenotypes with black spots on yellow background and black spots on orange background , the ratio of phenotypic variations of 10 -spot type had a sharp in-crease , while that of 16-spot type had a sharp reduction;the ratio of individual number in the types with less than 10 spots increased by 27 .48% and 6 .32% respectively , while that in the types with over 16 spots re-duced by 27.14%and 6.72%respectively;the ratio of individual number basically unchanged from 11-spot type to 14-spot type .In the phenotypes with yellow spots on black background and red spots on black back-ground , the ratio of conspicua increased , while that of spectabilis reduced .Comparing the number of male and female of Harmonia axyridis, it could be found that the totality and the four phenotypes all showed female -bi-ased phenomenon .The diversity analysis result showed that the uniformity of inter -individual in different var-iations was higher in summer than in autumn .
