为快速、便捷地进行溃坝洪水风险分析计算,采用自主研发的地理信息系统(GIS)平台结合溃口计算模型和溃坝洪水演进模型开发了一维溃坝洪水分析系统。在本系统中,溃口模型能够处理瞬时完全溃决、瞬时部分溃决和逐渐溃决3种情形;溃坝洪水演进模型采用能够自动捕捉激波和处理各种复杂流态的HLL格式建立;模型计算所需的断面信息、参数设置以及计算结果的展示等均通过该系统平台完成。通过Malpasset溃坝算例对系统进行检验,结果表明系统各模块运行正常,满足预期指标要求。利用该系统对湖北省咸宁市鹅公颈水库副坝溃决情况进行分析,所得结果合理、可靠,可为防洪决策部门提供有价值的参考信息。

In order to complete dam-break flood hazard assessment rapidly and conveniently, one-dimen-sional dam-break flood analysis system is presented by integrating dam-breach model, one-dimensional dam-break flood simulation model and GIS technology. The dam breach model includes three algorithms re-spectively for completely instantaneous, partially instantaneous and gradual destruction scenarios. The HLL scheme most popular in dam-break flood simulation is used to establish the dam-break flood simulation model, which can deal with discontinuities and mixed flow regimes well. The system has a good function in dealing with the terrain data, parameter settings and result presentation. It has been applied to simulate the Malpasset dam-break flood and the results indicate that the one-dimensional dam-break flood analysis work can be conveniently, rapidly and accurately completed. At last, the system was used to analyze the dam-break scenario of Egongjing reservoir and it can provide valuable information for flood control depart-ment.
