目的：探讨外伤后3天内复查的临床意义，旨在提高医疗质量，降低外科、放射科医疗纠纷及漏诊，缓解医患之间紧张关系。方法选取南通市通州区第八人民医院收治的外伤患者病例113例，回顾性分析复查X线表现及其他检查表现如CT等。结果94例骨折患者复查显示骨折，6例骨折患者复查显示增加骨折，可疑骨折患者复查显示肯定骨折4例，否定骨折5例，未发现骨折患者复查显示骨折2例，还有2例未果。常规摄肋骨正左右斜位，正位阳性率53%，左斜位阳性率64%，右斜位阳性率52%，辅助CT检查患者15例。结论诊断率90%（100/111），漏诊、误诊率10%（11/111）。3天内复查后，诊断率98%（109/111）。
