为有效地利用生态资源,为加工企业提供相关信息资源,对亚麻不同品种和生态环境对亚麻粗脂肪含量的影响进行研究。试验选择适宜我国华北地区种植的6个亚麻品种及品系,分别在山西省亚麻主产区的大同、朔州和忻州3市设点,分析亚麻品种及生态环境对亚麻粗脂肪含量的影响。结果表明,亚麻品种及品系对亚麻籽中粗脂肪含量的影响呈极显著差异(p≤0.01);海拔高度对亚麻籽中粗脂肪含量的影响呈极显著差异(p≤0.01),海拔越高粗脂肪含量越高,且海拔与亚麻粗脂肪含量呈明显的线性关系,相关系数为0.8746,回归公式是Y=0.0045X+35.7410;北纬度对亚麻籽中粗脂肪含量的影响呈极显著差异(p≤0.01),纬度越高粗脂肪含量越高,且北纬度与亚麻粗脂肪含量同样呈明显的线性关系,相关系数为0.9915,回归公式是Y=0.9818X+3.4101;从试验考察对亚麻籽粗脂肪含量影响的3个因素比较可以看出,海拔的影响最大,其次为品种及品系,第三是纬度。

In order to use of ecological resources effectively and provide the relevant information resources for processing enterprises, this paper examines the influence of different varieties and ecological environment on crude fat content of flax. Suitability of 6 flax varieties and strains grown in North China are tested. Respectively, we set up in the production of Flax in Shanxi Datong, Shuozhou and Xinzhou, and the impacts of flax varieties and ecological environment on crude fat content of flax are analyzed. The results show that the impacts of the flax varieties and strains on crude fat content in flaxseed are very significant difference (p≤0.01); The effects of altitude on crude fat content of flaxseed are significant difference (p≤0.01), the higher altitude is, the higher fat content is, and the elevation and flax crude fat content show significant linear relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.874 6, the regression formula is: Y=0.004 5X+35.741 0; The effects of north latitude on crude fat content in flaxseed are very significant difference (p≤0.01) , the higher latitude is, the higher fat content is, and the north latitude and flax crude fat content also show significant linear relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.991 5, the regression formula is Y=0.981 8X+3.410 1; From the experiment, compared three factors which effect on crude fat content of flaxseed can be seen the effects of altitude is the largest, followed by varieties and strains, latitude third.
