利用超声波细胞粉碎仪对肉桂精油与β-环糊精进行包埋,以芯材(肉桂精油)与壁材(β-环糊精)的质量比、超声功率、超声时间、壁材(β-环糊精)与水的质量比4个因素进行单因素试验和正交试验,经正交试验确定最佳包埋条件。结果表明,肉桂精油包埋的最优条件是芯材(肉桂精油)与壁材(β-环糊精)的质量比为1∶5,壁材(β-环糊精)与水的质量比为1∶9,超声功率160 W,超声时间6 min (即120次),在此条件下肉桂微胶囊的包埋率可达21.035%。超声波有助于提高肉桂精油的包埋率。

이용초성파세포분쇄의대육계정유여β-배호정진행포매,이심재(육계정유)여벽재(β-배호정)적질량비、초성공솔、초성시간、벽재(β-배호정)여수적질량비4개인소진행단인소시험화정교시험,경정교시험학정최가포매조건。결과표명,육계정유포매적최우조건시심재(육계정유)여벽재(β-배호정)적질량비위1∶5,벽재(β-배호정)여수적질량비위1∶9,초성공솔160 W,초성시간6 min (즉120차),재차조건하육계미효낭적포매솔가체21.035%。초성파유조우제고육계정유적포매솔。
Cinnamon oil is embedded withβ-cyclodextrin (β-CD) by the ultrasonic processors, and the single factor tests and the response surface tests are done with the ratio of core (Cinnamon oil) to wall (β-CD), ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and the ratio of wall (β-CD) to water as the factors. Response surface tests are used to determine the optimal embedding conditions. The results show that the optimal embedding conditions are as follows: core-wall ratio is 1∶5; the ratio of wall material (β- cyclodextrin) to water is 1∶9; ultrasonic power is 160 W; embedding time is 6 min (120 times) . Under above conditions, the embedding rate of Cinnamon oil can reach 21.035%. Ultrasound can improve the embedding rate of Cinnamon essential oil.
