The experimental teaching is strengthened by the definite of curriculum practice duty, paying attention to ability training; carefully choosing the content of training courses, the reform of the teaching method of practice and examination method; mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students. Those methods are in order to improve teaching quality of curriculum practice of food microbiology.
