为了符合普通高校“省级食品特色专业建设点”应用型人才培养模式的要求,进行探索性改革和实践,提出改革的理念,明确应用型人才培养的基本定位,树立面向社会、面向市场的办学理念,探讨加强实践活动突出应用能力的培养模式,制定“三位一体”的教学培养方案,设置课程建设五大平台,推进大学生素质拓展计划(4个结合、6个方面记分),建立实践能力培养4个环节等方面探讨应用型人才培养的模式。

In order to fit the requirements of training model for practical talents of provincial professional construction of special food profession, exploratory reformation and performance is done. The reform concept is proposed, and basic orientation of training model for practical talents is established. Educational philosophy facing the society and the markets are built. Training model or strengthening the practice and application ability is studied, and training scheme with three dimensions in one has been proposed. The three dimensions in one are general education, subject education and vocational education. Five platforms of course construction and quality expanding and training scheme for college students are established (Four combinations and six evaluations) . Meanwhile, four steps are used to establish practicing ability of talents.
