为达到杏核壳仁物料机械分离的目的,利用壳仁比重及空气动力特性存在的显著差异,采用比重式风选方法将壳仁分离。介绍风选机的结构及工作原理,分析杏核壳与仁在振动与气流综合作用下,沿筛面运动的条件及规律,以喂入量、风量级、曲柄转速为试验因素进行正交试验,通过优化试验方案数杏核壳仁风选机的最佳参数为喂入量6 kg/min,风量级为1.5级,曲柄转速为260 r/min,达到了理想的分离效果,同时满足了生产率的要求。

To mechanically separate the hull and kernel of apricot pit, their notable difference in specific gravity and aerodynamic properties are used to separate the hull and kernel by winnowing. The structure and working principle of winnowing machine are introduced, the conditions and patterns of hull and kernel movement along the sieve surface under the combined effect of vibration and air flow are analyzed, and orthogonal experiments are conducted based on such factors as feed quantity, wind scale and crank rotation speed. By optimizing the experimental scheme, optimal parameters of the hull/kernel winnower are obtained as follows: feed quantity 6 kg/min, wind scale 1.5 and crank rotation speed 260 r/min, and it achieves satisfactory separation results and meets the productivity requirement.
