目的：探讨应用护理路径的服务模式对糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果。方法：将80例糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各40例。试验组应用护理路径实施健康教育，对照组应用传统方法实施健康教育，比较两组患者对糖尿病知识的掌握率、住院率和健康教育满意度。结果：试验组患者的住院率低于对照组(P＜0.05)，患者对疾病相关知识，技能的掌握率和健康教育满意度均高于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：应用临床护理路径对糖尿病患者实施健康教育，使患者受到系统教育，能提高患者对糖尿病知识的认识水平和自我监控能力，使血糖得到良好控制，在糖尿病治疗中起到了重要作用。
목적：탐토응용호리로경적복무모식대당뇨병환자실시건강교육적효과。방법：장80례당뇨병환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，각40례。시험조응용호리로경실시건강교육，대조조응용전통방법실시건강교육，비교량조환자대당뇨병지식적장악솔、주원솔화건강교육만의도。결과：시험조환자적주원솔저우대조조(P＜0.05)，환자대질병상관지식，기능적장악솔화건강교육만의도균고우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론：응용림상호리로경대당뇨병환자실시건강교육，사환자수도계통교육，능제고환자대당뇨병지식적인식수평화자아감공능력，사혈당득도량호공제，재당뇨병치료중기도료중요작용。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education for patients with diabetes by application of nursing path service mode.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The experimental group was given health education by application of nursing path.The control group was given health education by application of traditional method.The level of understanding,self monitoring ability,effective control of blood glucose and health education satisfaction of patients were compared.Results:The hospitalization rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Disease knowledge,the master rate of skills and health education satisfaction were higher than these of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path for health education on the patients with diabetes can make patients to receive the system of education.It can improve the level of knowledge on diabetes and self controlling ability for good glycemic control,and plays an important role in the treatment of diabetes.
