目的：了解传染性肺结核病人密切接触者结核菌感染情况和发病情况。方法：以五莲县结核病防治所2010年1月至2011年7月登记的322例传染性肺结核病人密切接触者为调查对象，设计统一的调查表格。结果：调查密切接触者699人，结核菌素试验阳性471人，阳性率为67.38%，查出肺结核病人10例，患病率为1.43%。结论：传染性肺结核病人密切接触者结核菌感染率为67.38%，明显高于普通人群，对传染性肺结核病人应做到早发现、早隔离、早期规范治疗。
目的：瞭解傳染性肺結覈病人密切接觸者結覈菌感染情況和髮病情況。方法：以五蓮縣結覈病防治所2010年1月至2011年7月登記的322例傳染性肺結覈病人密切接觸者為調查對象，設計統一的調查錶格。結果：調查密切接觸者699人，結覈菌素試驗暘性471人，暘性率為67.38%，查齣肺結覈病人10例，患病率為1.43%。結論：傳染性肺結覈病人密切接觸者結覈菌感染率為67.38%，明顯高于普通人群，對傳染性肺結覈病人應做到早髮現、早隔離、早期規範治療。
목적：료해전염성폐결핵병인밀절접촉자결핵균감염정황화발병정황。방법：이오련현결핵병방치소2010년1월지2011년7월등기적322례전염성폐결핵병인밀절접촉자위조사대상，설계통일적조사표격。결과：조사밀절접촉자699인，결핵균소시험양성471인，양성솔위67.38%，사출폐결핵병인10례，환병솔위1.43%。결론：전염성폐결핵병인밀절접촉자결핵균감염솔위67.38%，명현고우보통인군，대전염성폐결핵병인응주도조발현、조격리、조기규범치료。
Objective:To determine the infection feature and incidence of close contacts with infectious tuberculosis patients.Method:322 close contacts with infectious tuberculosis patients which were registered in Tuberculosis Dispensary of Wulian county from January 2010 to July 2011 were taken as the investigation object, standard investigation form was made.Result:10 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis cases were discovered from 699 cases who had close contact with infectious tuberculosis patients. The il ness rate was1.43%.471 cases’ tuberculin skin test was positive.The positive rate was 67.38%.Conclusion:The infection rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis was 67.38% in close contact with infectious tuberculosis patients,obviously higher than in normal peoples. To know the infection feature through investigating, early diagnosis,as timely measures in prevention and treatment were taken,this disease was effectively control ed.
