目的：观察益气补肾化瘀通络中药对原发性肾病综合征（ PNS）激素维持治疗阶段的治疗作用。方法将90例PNS在激素维持治疗阶段的患者随机分为2组，对照组45例予单纯激素治疗，治疗组45例在对照组基础上予益气补肾化瘀通络中药治疗。2组连续治疗6个月，观察治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率84．62％，对照组58．33％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；治疗组治疗前后在减轻患者临床症状、减少蛋白尿方面比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；治疗组的终点事件发生率低于对照组。结论益气补肾化瘀通络中药联合激素对PNS激素维持治疗阶段的治疗作用明显优于单纯激素治疗。

Objective To observe curative effect of reinforcing -kidney and stasis -dissolving herbs on pri-mary nephrotic syndrome in hormone maintenance stage .Methods Ninety patients of primary nephrotic syndrome in hormone maintenance stage were randomized into two groups:forty-five cases in treatment group and forty -five ca-ses in control group .Control group received only hormone treatment .Treatment group received reinforcing -kidney and stasis-dissolving herbs on the basis of hormone treatment .Efficacy of treatment was studied after six months of treat-ment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.62%,obviously higher than 58.33% of control group(P<0.05).In treatment group,the clinical symptoms and 24 hours urinary protein before and after treatment were compared,the difference was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The endpoint events rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group .Conclusion The curative effect of reinforcing -kidney and stasis-dissolving herbs on primary nephrotic syndrome in hormone maintenance stage was obviously better than the treatment of simple hor -mone .
