The financial development theory is one of the most significant fields of financial research .Through the deepen re-search and reflection on the financial development theory by Professor.Bai Qinxian,the financial sustainable development theory which takes the financial resource theory as the foundation has made a great contribution to it .The financial resource theory has revealed the nature of the finance , which made the connection between financial research and economic research more tight -ly.The financial issue has been as important as the national development strategy.Though the systemic research of the issue of financial resource ,financial function ,financial structure and financial efficiency ,it provides a clearly framework of financial sus-tainable development theory research which reflects the aspect of qualitative and quantitative development ,relative steady and skipping development ,and overall and micro efficiency.
