The development innovation model has gone through closed innovation , collaborative innovation , open innovation and co-innovation processes , and each stage exhibited certain characteristics .Anhui Province is also actively exploring the con-struction of auto industry collaborative innovation platform .Based on cooperative innovation process and the theory and practice of innovation platform , this article constructed co -innovation platform in Anhui Province .Meanwhile , it also put forward some advices to establish co -innovation platform in Anhui Province , such as strengthen development capabilities , establish open mind, actively explore associated channel ,and research cunsumer’s acitvities.
