目的：观察结核丸联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD ）合并肺结核临床疗效。方法将130例COPD合并肺结核患者随机分为2组。对照组65例予常规西医治疗，治疗组65例在对照组治疗基础上加用结核丸治疗。2组均4个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计临床疗效，并观察治疗前后全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容及红细胞聚集指数变化以及痰菌阴转情况。结果治疗组总有效率92．31％，对照组总有效率72．31％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容及红细胞聚集指数均降低（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。治疗组痰菌阴转率92．31％，对照组痰菌阴转率72．31％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论结核丸联合西药治疗COPD合并肺结核疗效确切。

목적：관찰결핵환연합서약치료만성조새성폐질병（ COPD ）합병폐결핵림상료효。방법장130례COPD합병폐결핵환자수궤분위2조。대조조65례여상규서의치료，치료조65례재대조조치료기출상가용결핵환치료。2조균4개월위1개료정，1개료정후통계림상료효，병관찰치료전후전혈점도（고절、저절）、혈장점도、섬유단백원、홍세포비용급홍세포취집지수변화이급담균음전정황。결과치료조총유효솔92．31％，대조조총유효솔72．31％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），치료조림상료효우우대조조。2조치료후전혈점도（고절、저절）、혈장점도、섬유단백원、홍세포비용급홍세포취집지수균강저（P＜0．05），차치료조강저우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。치료조담균음전솔92．31％，대조조담균음전솔72．31％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조우우대조조。결론결핵환연합서약치료COPD합병폐결핵료효학절。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiehe pill combined with western medicine on the treat-ment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods 130 cases of chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups .65 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine .65 cases in treatment group received Jiehe pill combined with western medi-cine.The therapeutic course was four months in two groups .The clinical effect was evaluated after a course .Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,hematocrit,red blood cell aggregation index and the sputum negative con-version rates were observed .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.31%.The total effective rate in control group was 72.31%.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate ( P<0.05).Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,hematocrit and red blood cell aggregation index after treat-ment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P <0.05).The sputum negative conversion rates in treatment group (92.31%)was higher than that in control group (72.31%,P<0.05).Conclusion Jiehe pill combined with western medicine has definite effect on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary tuberculosis .
