目的：观察中药联合小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症（ ITP）的临床疗效。方法108例老年ITP患者，根据血小板计数分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组56例，给予口服中药及小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液；对照组52例，仅给予小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液。1个月为1个疗程，连续治疗6个疗程。观察2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率82．14％，对照组71．15％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药治疗老年慢性ITP有良好的疗效，无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰중약연합소제량리타석단항주사액치료노년만성면역성혈소판감소증（ ITP）적림상료효。방법108례노년ITP환자，근거혈소판계수분위치료조화대조조，치료조56례，급여구복중약급소제량리타석단항주사액；대조조52례，부급여소제량리타석단항주사액。1개월위1개료정，련속치료6개료정。관찰2조료효。결과치료조총유효솔82．14％，대조조71．15％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。결론중약치료노년만성ITP유량호적료효，무명현불량반응。
Objective To study the effect of Chinese traditional medicine combined with small dose rituximab injec-tion on elderly patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia .Methods 108 elderly patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in treatment group ( n=56) were treated by oral Chi-nese medicine and combined with small dose rituximab injection .Control group(n=52) was given only small dose ritux-imab injection.The course was a month in two groups .Results The total effective rate in treatment group (82.14%) was superior to that in control group (71.15%,P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine has a good thera-peutic effect on elderly patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia and has no obvious adverse reaction .
