目的：探讨交锁髓内钉及植骨术治疗肱骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年10月至2011年10月我院收治的19例肱骨干骨折经治疗后肱骨骨不连患者进行了原内固定取出、交锁髓内钉固定及植骨手术的临床资料。结果随访2年。骨不连全部愈合。肩肘关节功能：优11例，良6例，差2例。结论交锁髓内钉及植骨术治疗肱骨干骨不连具有疗效好、并发症少及取内固定手术简单等优点，是一种较理想的治疗方法。

목적：탐토교쇄수내정급식골술치료굉골골불련적림상료효。방법회고성분석2008년10월지2011년10월아원수치적19례굉골간골절경치료후굉골골불련환자진행료원내고정취출、교쇄수내정고정급식골수술적림상자료。결과수방2년。골불련전부유합。견주관절공능：우11례，량6례，차2례。결론교쇄수내정급식골술치료굉골간골불련구유료효호、병발증소급취내고정수술간단등우점，시일충교이상적치료방법。
Objective To study the exchange interlocking intramedullary nails and bone graft surgery clinical curative effect for the treatment of humerus bone nonunion. Methods A retrospective analysis 19 cases of our hospital in October 2008 to October 2011 after treatment of humerus shaft fracture bone nonunion patients to take out the original internal fixation, interlocking intramedullary nail fixation and bone graft surgery clinical data. Results Followed up for 2 years. Bone is not even all healing. Shoulder elbow function: 11 cases, 6 cases, 2 cases. Conclusion Pay interlocking intramedullary nails and bone graft surgery treatment of humerus bone nonunion has good curative effect, less complications and take the advantages of simple internal fixation surgery, is an ideal treatment method.
