目的：探讨高速电钻下鼻甲骨磨削术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法于下鼻甲前端作1cm 小切口深达骨面，用电钻钻头伸入切口直达骨面，将骨质磨除，直至后端有落空感即停。结果全部有效，鼻塞消失，恢复鼻腔呼吸。结论该法为下鼻甲骨切除改良法，简便易行，效果显著，值的推广。
목적：탐토고속전찬하비갑골마삭술치료만성비후성비염적료효。방법우하비갑전단작1cm 소절구심체골면，용전찬찬두신입절구직체골면，장골질마제，직지후단유락공감즉정。결과전부유효，비새소실，회복비강호흡。결론해법위하비갑골절제개량법，간편역행，효과현저，치적추엄。
Objective High speed electric drill( Inferier turbinate)wear away) Inquiring the curative effect with the high speed electric drill to wear away the inferior tubinate bone to treat the chronic hipertrophic rhinitis).Methods make a small incision to the bone suface of the anterior end of the inferior tubinate ,wear away the bone substance,until you feel a come to nothing,then to stop. Results (All remark eble, be effective,nasal obstruction disappear, rehabilitate the nasal respiratory). Conclusions this is an improvement method to remove the inferior tubinate bone, easy to do, effective worth to recommend.
