目的：讨论临床应用中西医结合治疗的方法治疗变异型心绞痛患者的疗效和安全性。方法：选择患有变异型心绞痛的患者70例，随机分为两组，每组各35例，治疗组采用中西医结合的方式，用自拟的中药联合西医常规疗法治疗，对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗，经过1个月的治疗后，比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组患者总有效率达到94.3%，对照组总有效率为65.7%，两组差异显著，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。治疗组无明显不良反应发生，对照组有4例发生不良反应，两组差异显著，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：用中西医结合的方法治疗变异型心绞痛，通过中药作用缓解西药的毒副反应，效果可靠、显著，值得推广。
목적：토론림상응용중서의결합치료적방법치료변이형심교통환자적료효화안전성。방법：선택환유변이형심교통적환자70례，수궤분위량조，매조각35례，치료조채용중서의결합적방식，용자의적중약연합서의상규요법치료，대조조채용서의상규요법치료，경과1개월적치료후，비교량조환자적료효화불량반응발생솔。결과：치료조환자총유효솔체도94.3%，대조조총유효솔위65.7%，량조차이현저，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。치료조무명현불량반응발생，대조조유4례발생불량반응，량조차이현저，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。결론：용중서의결합적방법치료변이형심교통，통과중약작용완해서약적독부반응，효과가고、현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety on treating variant angina by the integrative medicine. Methods:70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 35 patients in each group, the treated group was treated by the integrative medicine, using the self-made TCM combined with the routine modern medicine, the control group was treated by routine modern medicine, after 1 month, to compare the efficacy and the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups. Results:Patients in the treatment group the total effective rate reached 94.3%, the comparison group total effectiveness 65.7%, two groups had significant difference, P<0.05, with statistical significance. No obvious adverse reaction in the treated group, 4 cases of adverse reactions occur in the control group, difference between the two groups was significant, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Treating variant angina by the integrative medicine, reliable effect, obviously, is worth promoting.
