目的：探讨与分析钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法：对40例跟骨骨折患者采用切开复位内固定的方法进行治疗，手术之后进行疗效的评定，并且随访5～18个月。结果：根据Maryland评分系统，40例患者中，优18例（占45%），良好20例（占50%），差2例（占5%），优良率为95%。结论：钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折是一种比较理想的治疗方法，值得临床上广泛推广。

목적：탐토여분석강판내고정치료근골골절적림상효과。방법：대40례근골골절환자채용절개복위내고정적방법진행치료，수술지후진행료효적평정，병차수방5～18개월。결과：근거Maryland평분계통，40례환자중，우18례（점45%），량호20례（점50%），차2례（점5%），우량솔위95%。결론：강판내고정치료근골골절시일충비교이상적치료방법，치득림상상엄범추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of plate fixation on treating calcaneal fractures. Methods:40 patients with calcaneal fractures were given open, reduction and internal fixation methods for treatment. Curative effects were evaluated after surgery, and followed up for 5 to 18 months. Results:According to Maryland scoring system, in 40 patients, excellent in 18 cases (45%), good in 20 cases (50%), poor in 2 cases (5%), the excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion:Plate fixation is an ideal method of treating calcaneal fractures;it is worth clinically widely application.
