随着医院信息化建设的不断深入，医院网络系统的快速响应能力成为临床系统发展的必备条件。作为医院有线局域网的补充，无线局域网络有效克服了有线网络的弊端。利用无线网络技术来提高医院网络系统的快速响应能力，可以让医院的信息系统随时随地为临床医护人员及患者提供服务，有效地提高了医护人员的工作效率，使医院的管理水平上了一个新台阶。
