从机械波能量变化分析了摇振箱振幅和频率对成纸性能的影响。由于波的多普勒效应,浆料在成形过程中吸收的能量随着纸机车速的提高而减少。高频摇振箱振动频率高,能改变纤维取向,改善成纸匀度,降低纸幅纵横向拉力比,提高成纸的尺寸稳定性,并能改善网部脱水。

Effect of vibration amplitude and frequency of the shakers on paper properties was analyzed from the variation in the energy of mechanical wave. With the increase of the paper machine speed, the energy absorbed in formation of furnishes decrease, due to wave’s Doppler effect. The shaker with high vibration frequency can change the ifber orientation, improve the paper formation, reduce the difference in paper tensile between MD and CD, and improve web dimensional stability. Drainability in wire section can be also improved.
