研制了直墙半圆拱形巷(隧)道围岩断面成形装置并在此基础上进行了物理模拟实验教学应用，其他的断面形状可依此原理制备。结果表明，研制的直墙半圆拱形巷(隧)道模拟实验成形装置实现了围岩成形与卸荷的一体化，在先开挖和后开挖实验中均适用，成形方便，而且在成形瞬间围岩表面完整、光滑；该装置即可满足实验教学的要求也可用于科学研究。

The integrated apparatus of surrounding rock forming was developed and on this basis the physical simulation experiment was executed and the other straight-wall-top-arch can be prepared based on this principle. The results show that straight-wall-top-arch forming device realizes the forming and unloading integration of surrounding rock, surrounding rock forming is convenient, but also surrounding rock surface is complete and smooth; the device can meet the requirements of experimental teaching and can also be used for scientiifc research.
