目的：分析广泛耐多药肺结核（XDR-TB）的成因，探索有效的防治对策。方法对2006年1月-2011年12月我院收治的182例广泛耐多药肺结核患者的原因进行回顾性分析。结果 XDR-TB患者中途自行停止治疗80.2%、方案不合理10.4%、原发耐药9.3%，而中途自行停止治疗的患者中因认为好转而中断治疗者占47.3%。结论坚持早期、联合、适量、规律、全程的治疗原则，合理使用短程化疗，实施标准化疗方案，加强宣教及严格归口管理是防止XDR-TB的关键。

목적：분석엄범내다약폐결핵（XDR-TB）적성인，탐색유효적방치대책。방법대2006년1월-2011년12월아원수치적182례엄범내다약폐결핵환자적원인진행회고성분석。결과 XDR-TB환자중도자행정지치료80.2%、방안불합리10.4%、원발내약9.3%，이중도자행정지치료적환자중인인위호전이중단치료자점47.3%。결론견지조기、연합、괄량、규률、전정적치료원칙，합리사용단정화료，실시표준화료방안，가강선교급엄격귀구관리시방지XDR-TB적관건。
Objective To analysis causes of widely multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and investigate effective countermeasures. Methods Retrospectively analyzed causes of 182 patients of widely multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis of our hospital in 2006-2011. Results The patients of XDR-TB midway cessation of treatment were 80.2%, treatment protocols unreasonable 10.4%, primary resistance 9.3%. There were 47.3%patients of midway cessation of treatment who artificially improved. Conclusion Adhere to the principle of early, joint, regular, regular, full(Early,joint,right amount,rule,the whole)treatment. The rational use of short-course chemotherapy,implementation of standard chemotherapy, strengthening missionaries and strict centralized management were the key to prevent XDR-TB.
