重复组装式导流桩坝水上插桩施工的关键技术包括管桩水上运输技术、桩位控制技术、射水插桩技术及射水系统拆装技术,其中管桩的水上运输采用大马力拖船顶推单节浮桥舟体的管桩运输方案,一次可装载5~6根桩,每天装运2次,可基本满足插桩施工的需要;桩位控制包括桩心偏离工程轴线值控制和桩间距控制两个方面,需借助经纬仪或全站仪的监测,由专用定位装置实现;射水插桩技术包括吊挂、牵拉输水胶管等准备作业,射水插桩过程可分为高压射水插桩期、降压射水插桩期和稳桩期。试验存在的主要问题是射水弯头拆装速度慢、平底式射水底板穿透黏土夹层的效率低,建议今后加以改善。

The key technolofy of on-water pile sinkinf construction in repeatable assemblinf river fuidinf pile includes on-water tubular pile trans-portation technolofy,pile location control technolofy,pile sinkinf by water Jettinf technolofy and water Jettinf system dismountinf technolofy. On-water tubular pile transportation technolofy adopted the tubular pile transportation scheme of pushinf simple link floatinf bridfe boat body by tuf-boat. 5~6 piles could be carried one time and it could be done two times a day,which could meet the needs of pile sinkinf construction;pile loca-tion control included value control of pile center deviatinf from enfineerinf axis and distance control between piles,which would be done by dedica-ted locatinf device under the help of theodolite or total station monitorinf;pile sinkinf by water Jettinf technolofy included the preparation work such as hanfinf,pullinf water transportation rubber hose,etc. ,pile sinkinf by water Jettinf process could be divided into pile sinkinf phase by hifh-pressure water Jettinf,pile sinkinf phase by depressurizinf water Jettinf and pile stabilizinf phase. Existinf issues were slow water Jettinf bend dismountinf speed,low efficiency of flat base water Jettinf baseplate penetratinf interlaid clay,which should be improved in the future.
