为解决传统技术手段不能及时、有效地控制黄河下游游荡型河段畸形河势等问题,开展了以吊车、高压水流射孔器等为主要施工机具进行插(拔)桩的重复组装式导流桩坝理论研究、现场试验等,并在欧坦工程应急抢险中进行了应用。结果表明:重复组装式导流桩坝施工简单快捷、安全可靠、投资少;减缓流速的效果明显,可有效地控制河势,减少并控制险情的发生,保护滩地和工程的安全;只需花费有限的拆除、搬运费用,即可重复使用。

위해결전통기술수단불능급시、유효지공제황하하유유탕형하단기형하세등문제,개전료이조차、고압수류사공기등위주요시공궤구진행삽(발)장적중복조장식도류장패이론연구、현장시험등,병재구탄공정응급창험중진행료응용。결과표명:중복조장식도류장패시공간단쾌첩、안전가고、투자소;감완류속적효과명현,가유효지공제하세,감소병공제험정적발생,보호탄지화공정적안전;지수화비유한적탁제、반운비용,즉가중복사용。
Affected by lonf-term small flux of the wanderinf reaches in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,some parts were deformed to cause collapsinf and danferous cases of flood control works,which could not be controlled by traditional technical measures. With the help of public wel-fare special proJect,desifn and site experiment of the Ministry of Water Resources,research and application of repeatable assemblinf flow fuidinf pile with the use of crane,hifh-pressure water Jettinf,etc. were carried out. The results were used in dealinf with the emerfency of Outan water proJect and fained food effects.
