Nurses in operation room%Hierarchy training%Effect
目的：分析临床对手术室护士层级培训方法的应用效果及价值。方法：随机将在本院手术室工作的50例护士均分为对照组和观察组，对照组行常规培训方法，观察组行层级培训方法，并观察比较两组培训效果。结果：观察组护士的临床工作能力、管理学习时间的能力、团结协作能力和沟通能力、专科知识和手术配合能力等均显著高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：层级培训在临床手术室护士培训中应用，不仅能够提高手术室护士各项能力，同时对提高手术室护理质量也具有重要的意义和价值，值得在临床推广使用。

목적：분석림상대수술실호사층급배훈방법적응용효과급개치。방법：수궤장재본원수술실공작적50례호사균분위대조조화관찰조，대조조행상규배훈방법，관찰조행층급배훈방법，병관찰비교량조배훈효과。결과：관찰조호사적림상공작능력、관이학습시간적능력、단결협작능력화구통능력、전과지식화수술배합능력등균현저고우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：층급배훈재림상수술실호사배훈중응용，불부능구제고수술실호사각항능력，동시대제고수술실호리질량야구유중요적의의화개치，치득재림상추엄사용。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and application value of training method of nurses with different level in operation room. Method:Fifty nurses who working in the hospital operation room were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 25 cases. The control group was given conventional training method,and the observation group was given level training method,then the training effect of the two groups was observed. Result:The clinical working ability,learning time management ability,teamwork ability,communication skills, professional knowledge and operation coordination ability of the observation group nurses were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchy training can not only improve the abilities of nurses in the operation room,but also has important meaning and value to improve the nursing quality of operation room in clinical training,so is worthy of promotion in the clinical.
