目的:观察钼靶X线与彩超对乳腺癌合并细微钙化的影像表现,比较分析两种诊断方法影像特点,指导临床对乳腺癌合并细微钙化的影像诊断。方法:回顾性分析2011年4月-2012年4月本院收治的60例经临床手术病理证实的乳腺癌合并细微钙化的患者影像学资料,分别采用钼靶X线与彩色多普勒超声两种影像诊断方法,比较两种影像诊断方法对乳腺癌合并细微钙化的准确性及影像特点。结果:钼靶X线对钙化灶的检出率为65.0%,高于彩超的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钼靶X线检出灵敏度为86.67%,超声成像对微小钙化检出灵敏度为46.67%。结论:钼靶X线对乳腺癌合并细微钙化的敏感度高于彩超,对早期诊断乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值,彩超可检出钼靶X线影像检出的假阴性病灶,临床可作为辅助诊断和初步筛查。

목적:관찰목파X선여채초대유선암합병세미개화적영상표현,비교분석량충진단방법영상특점,지도림상대유선암합병세미개화적영상진단。방법:회고성분석2011년4월-2012년4월본원수치적60례경림상수술병리증실적유선암합병세미개화적환자영상학자료,분별채용목파X선여채색다보륵초성량충영상진단방법,비교량충영상진단방법대유선암합병세미개화적준학성급영상특점。결과:목파X선대개화조적검출솔위65.0%,고우채초적35.0%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);목파X선검출령민도위86.67%,초성성상대미소개화검출령민도위46.67%。결론:목파X선대유선암합병세미개화적민감도고우채초,대조기진단유선암유교고적진단개치,채초가검출목파X선영상검출적가음성병조,림상가작위보조진단화초보사사。
Objective:To observe the imaging manifestations of mammography and color doppler ultrasound for breast ca with slight calcification, comparative analysis of imaging characteristics of two diagnosis methods,to guide the clinical imaging diagnosis of breast cancer with slight calcification. Method:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical imaging data of 60 patients in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012,which were surgical pathologic proved breast cancer with slight calcification. Respectively used mammography and color doppler ultrasound,compared the accuracy and image features of two image diagnosis method for breast cancer with slight calcification. Result:The microcalcification detection rate of molybdenum target X-ray was 65.0%,higher than color doppler ultrasound detection rate(35.0%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Detection sensitivity rate of molybdenum target X-ray was 86.67%,slight calcification detection sensitivity of ultrasonic imaging was 46.67%. Conclusion:The sensitivity of molybdenum target X-ray to breast cancer with small calcification is higher than color doppler ultrasound,has high diagnostic value for early diagnosis of breast cancer,color doppler ultrasound can check out molybdenum target X-ray detection of false negatives lesions,can be used as an initial screening and diagnosis in the clinical.
