目的：探讨超声刀在子宫恶性肿瘤手术中的临床应用价值。方法：选取本科2012年9月-2013年3月收治的102例子宫恶性肿瘤患者，行淋巴清扫时根据采用手术器械的不同将所有患者随机分为超声刀组和单极电刀组各51例，超声刀组应用超声刀清扫盆腔淋巴结，单极电刀组应用高频电刀清扫淋巴结，比较两组盆腔淋巴结清扫手术时间、术中出血量、切除淋巴数目、术后引流管放置时间及淋巴囊肿形成上的不同。结果：超声刀组与单极电刀组比较，手术时间明显缩短，术中出血量明显减少，盆腔及腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除数目明显增多，术后引流管留置时间明显缩短，术后淋巴囊肿形成减少，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：超声刀用于妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫手术中，可缩短清扫时间，减少出血量，更完整彻底地切除淋巴结，缩短术后拔管时间、降低淋巴囊肿形成。

목적：탐토초성도재자궁악성종류수술중적림상응용개치。방법：선취본과2012년9월-2013년3월수치적102례자궁악성종류환자，행림파청소시근거채용수술기계적불동장소유환자수궤분위초성도조화단겁전도조각51례，초성도조응용초성도청소분강림파결，단겁전도조응용고빈전도청소림파결，비교량조분강림파결청소수술시간、술중출혈량、절제림파수목、술후인류관방치시간급림파낭종형성상적불동。결과：초성도조여단겁전도조비교，수술시간명현축단，술중출혈량명현감소，분강급복주동맥방림파결절제수목명현증다，술후인류관류치시간명현축단，술후림파낭종형성감소，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：초성도용우부과악성종류분강림파결청소수술중，가축단청소시간，감소출혈량，경완정철저지절제림파결，축단술후발관시간、강저림파낭종형성。
Objective:To investigate the ultrasonic scalpel in operation of uterine malignant tumors in the clinical application.Method:One hundred and two uterine cancer patients were selected in our department from September 2012 to March 2013.For lymph node dissection according to the different operation equipment of all patients were randomly divided into the ultrasonic scalpel group and the monopolar electrocautery group,51 cases in each group.The ultrasonic scalpel group was treated with ultrasound pelvic lymph node,the monopolar electrocautery group was treated with high-frequency electric knife lymph node dissection.Pelvic lymph node dissection operation time,intraoperative blood loss,number of resected lymph, postoperative drainage tube placement and lymph cyst formation on the different of two groups were compared.Result:The ultrasonic scalpel group compared with monopolar electrocautery group,operation time was significantly shorter,bleeding was significantly reduced,significantly increased the number of pelvic lymph node resection and para aortic lymph nodes,tube indwelling time after drainage operation was significantly shorter,postoperative Lymphocyst formation reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound knife used for gynecological malignant tumor in pelvic lymph node dissection operation,can shorten the cleaning time,decrease the bleeding amount,more complete and thorough resection of lymph nodes,shorten the postoperative extubation time,reduce lymph cyst formation.
