The process flow and system structure of the plate turnover machine were in-troduced, based on which the hardware structure and software design flow of the automatic control system of the machine were designed. The system can realtime adjust clamping force according to current material parameters, realizing steady clamping and reliable turnover of steel plates at a button stroke and greatly improving the stability and operation efficiency of the system.
