通过对KDON-21000/22000型制氧机运行状况进行研究和分析,找出了液氩产量偏低的原因和分析。通过针对性地调整措施实施,使空分氩系统运行参数更加合理,工况的稳定性大大提高,在氧气产量保持相对稳定的前提下,氩气产量提高,进一步提高氩的生产潜力,使得制氧机组运行的经济性显著提高。

Through study and analysis of the operation state of KDON-21000/22000 air separation machine, the causes of low output of liquid argon was found out. After specific ad-justments were carried out, the operation parameters of the argon system in the air separator became more logical, the operation conditions has been significantly stabilized and argon out-put increased without sacrificing oxygen production. As a result, the economic performance of the oxygen generation unit has obviously improved.
