“工学结合”人才培养模式是我国高职教育的重要组成部分，本文在对“工学结合”人才培养模式解读的基础上，分析了现阶段高职院校“工学结合”人才培养模式存在的问题及原因，初步介绍了黄河水院“工学结合”人才培养模式的探索与发展。
“工學結閤”人纔培養模式是我國高職教育的重要組成部分，本文在對“工學結閤”人纔培養模式解讀的基礎上，分析瞭現階段高職院校“工學結閤”人纔培養模式存在的問題及原因，初步介紹瞭黃河水院“工學結閤”人纔培養模式的探索與髮展。

"Work-integrated learning" personnel training model is an important part of China's vocational education.
