Taking Hebei province as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of industrial structure and college student employment structure, and analyzes students' employment from the perspective of industrial structure. The correlation of industry structure and employment structure is analyzed using deviation degree and employment elasticity coefficient. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to realize industry transformation and promote the university students' employment.
