The reform of state-owned enterprise party to build a clean government plays an important role in the enterprise development, and is of vital significance for promoting the healthy development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the present situation of the state-owned enterprise clean government construction and proposes some reasonable suggestions from clean government culture, system and mechanism.
