This paper analyzed the principle and application of the host delay power-off by using pulse signal detection to trigger power supply control of frame line under the shaft of electric mines, until the motor car out of control region or pull down the wiring pantograph, solved the charged defects with long distance and long time mine at the time of underground trolley line running. It is the effective measure to eliminate hidden dangers, reduce and avoid electric shock accident.
