采用络合物与Pd形成配体的方式和碱溶液与Pd形成沉淀的方式考察组分的添加方式的影响,考察了反应温度和原料气配比对CO偶联合成草酸二甲酯催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,用碱洗的方式能够提高催化剂的反应性能,原料气配比对催化剂性能影响较大。在反应温度140益,CO与亚硝酸甲酯的比例为1.25条件下,草酸二甲酯的收率可以达到1.13 g/mL.h。
採用絡閤物與Pd形成配體的方式和堿溶液與Pd形成沉澱的方式攷察組分的添加方式的影響,攷察瞭反應溫度和原料氣配比對CO偶聯閤成草痠二甲酯催化劑性能的影響。結果錶明,用堿洗的方式能夠提高催化劑的反應性能,原料氣配比對催化劑性能影響較大。在反應溫度140益,CO與亞硝痠甲酯的比例為1.25條件下,草痠二甲酯的收率可以達到1.13 g/mL.h。

The preparation method of catalyst was studied by dispersion Pd with β-cyclodextrin and precipitation Pd with sodium bicarbonate. The effects of reaction temperature and the feed ratio on the CO coupling synthesis of dimethyl oxalate from carbon monoxide and methyl nitrite were investigated. The results showed that precipitation Pd with sodium bicarbonate enhanced the catalytic performance, and the feed ratio inflicted great influence on the catalytic performance. The yield of dimethyl oxalate was as high as 1.13 g/mL.h at the condition that reaction temperature is 140℃, the ratio of CO to methyl nitrite is 1.25.
