通过成核剂改性高流动无规聚丙烯注塑专用料性能的研究发现:加入成核剂均有不同程度改善PPR的力学性能,NX8000改性PPR的弯曲模量、弯曲强度、冲击强度、洛氏硬度分别提高了8.0%、13.4%、3.0%、8.1%;雾度降低了82.7%、结晶度增加了3益,成型加工温度降低了40益。

Through the research of nucleating agents modifies high-flow atactic polypropylene injection molding compound's performance, we find that: adding nucleating agents could improve the mechanical properties of PPR with different degree; the flexural modulus, bending strength, impact strength and rockwell hardness of NX8000 modified PPR respectively increased by 8.0%, 13.4%, 3.0%, 8.1%;haze reduced by 82.7%;crystallinity increased 3℃and molding temperature reduced 40℃.
